I heard about this restaurant and saw the photos on Facebook. Both the lady with me and I were very impressed! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I ordered the crabby patty po'boy and the lady got an amazing chicken salad, probably the best salad I've ever tasted. Next time, I'll definitely be getting my own. View all feedback.
What Erica R doesn't like about Savory Roots:
I had an okay experience at this place. I would give it a three-star rating. The service was slow, but the servers were friendly. The restaurant is located in a charming plaza with both indoor and outdoor seating options. It was quite busy when we visited during lunchtime. Unfortunately, our table was sticky, which was unpleasant. I tried the ahi tuna salad, which was delicious, but I didn't see many other dishes on... View all feedback.
The SR salad is the best salate I've ever eaten. this place is a jewel. I was a dozen times or so here, and I want to eat a lot of paints here.
Our first visit. Very enjoyable. Very clean and efficient. Liked our poboys!
Been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile since we live down the street. It was delicious!! My 10 year old loved the bang bang shrimp tacos. My husband really enjoyed the shrimp and grits and I though the pulled pork sandwich was outstanding! Highly recommend!
I had the Bone-in Pork chop… excellent, very flavorful… highly recommend…Great service, great food, great atmosphere!!!
We tried the Pig Fries which were fried sweet potatoes covered with pulled pork. They were so good. We also had the seafood nachos. The best seafood nachos I’ve ever had and I’ve tried them at seven different coastal restaurants. Service was great. Place was extra clean. The red velvet cake was very good also. Parking is in rear of restaurant. They have about ten tables inside and another ten outside in the front of restaurant.
