Passion, charisma, and delicious food. I highly recommend it without any hesitation.
An awesome, unforgettable, one of a kind experience!!! What an opportunity to taste some of the most unique wines and learn about them, with a knowledgeable and dedicated host/owner, Paired with copious amounts of great food, and presented in a creative and friendly atmosphere, what else can anyone ask for? Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Group seating, 16 people around a half elliptical table attached to a bar/prep area on the other side. Food was amazing, Ian 's personality was great, and of course the wine was spectacular. Ian was helpful with knowledge teaching various aspects of wine, was humble, humerus and made the whole dinner feel comfortable like a happy family dinner. For the price, you can 't beat the food, wine, or experience. Although it 's not cheap it is an amazing deal that you won 't regret.
What an amazing and unique food and wine experience. We traveled from Seattle to Paso Robles to dine at Chef Ian?s restaurant and it was worth the trip down the coast. He expertly paired wines with a very tasty meal from start to finish. So manyamazing flavors. This was an opportunity for us to taste wines we have never had. Highly recommend. We will return for someof the other events Ian does!
Delicious!! We had over a dozen wines paired with delicious food. The owner goes out of his way to make sure that the 16 guests for the evening have a great time. The wines are from all over the world. You get to try bottles side by side that youwould not normally have the opportunity to do. The food was fantastic. One of my favorites was a dessert muffin that was solight it was probably made from clouds. The only dish I liked more than that was actually a tomato that was smoked, roasted, and soaked in olive oil. It was like eating a savory dessert.
