My friend and I had the best time at the Wine Merchant. The layout of the restaurants gives that market atmosphere. Pretty cool. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable about the food menus and gave great recommendations. My wife and I had a great lunch today, and the mushroom toast was fabulous. Our server was very knowledgeable of both the menu and local wineries. She told us about some of the more unusual wines in the area, as well as the sources of ingredients for the meal.To top it off, the Chef was kind enough to come out and share the mushroom toast recipe!It's bistro atmosphere, thus the 4 stars. If you are looking for an informal environment, great food and attentive service, this is the place for you!
The food is delicious, the ingredients are locally sourced, fresh and seasonal. Best wine selection in town. The bottle shop features some wines you can’t find elsewhere. If you haven’t been, go!!
Very classy wine bar with a good selection of healthy food, and wine of course.
Great spot for local wines from around Paso with amazing bites and oysters to die for! Service was perfect, would highly recommend if you’re in Paso and looking for good wine and company. Justin was a great host!
