Because a staff member shouted it out to the customers who were waiting for their order to be taken. She never gave a wait time just said someone will be with you when they can. Those potential money spending customers left. I actually stayed, eventually my order was taken, after 5 minutes the cook said no more extra crispy left so I settled for OG recipe. I dined in. Tough dry chicken followed by a night and rest of next day diarrhea. Not to mention the customer service gal was walking around the dinning room complaining. Bad customer experience. Spend the extra time to avoid this Kfc The colonel would be very disappointed in 2022. I hate to leave a review like this or worse off become an internet troll, but I like KFC, I know crews have off/bad days every one does at some point. Hopefully next year when I get a hankerin' for some chicken I'll have a whole different experience .peace !!

It was the best chicken... read more Stopped in to pickup a bucket of chicken ???????? tonight. They said it would be a few minutes for a new batch to come out of the frier. It was the best chicken that I had ever received from them. Extra crunchy and delicious. Ate way more than I couldhave but just couldn't stop it was so good.
