Have always enjoyed their meats, sausage and assorted items like bacon, chicken and beef liver and they make a mean beef sandwich too.

Great selection of meats. We tried 4 different types of sausages and all of them are amazing. Customer service was awesome as well.

Wow. What a find! Passing through Paso on our way north and grateful to have found this place via the Yelp community. We had sandwiches (a tri-tip and a pastrami) and they were awesome. Amazing selection of freshly made sausages, locally produced honey, etc. Already making plans to stop by on our way home later this week. Skip the fast food chains, support a local business. It's a win-win!!!

Took my deer there to get processed and they tried to charge me more then what they said then the owner would not call me back on the problem only take one time to rip some off to lose there business I used them about 5 times but after that I will never shop or take my deer there
