Brunch - Paso Robles
Brunch
Description
Brunch Paso offers a modern, plant-filled brunch destination in downtown Paso Robles with a varied menu of savory, sweet and fusion dishes. Friendly, attentive service and a lively Brooklyn-esque ambiance make it popular on weekends, though it’s walk-in only and can have long waits and limited parking. Standout plates include brunch pizza and chorizo dishes; vegetarian and vegan substitutions are easy. Expect some inconsistency — thin coffee, bland sausage or overcooked potatoes at times — and mixed opinions on price, but overall it’s a flavorful, family-friendly spot worth queuing for.

This morning, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The food was outstanding, with generous portions at a reasonable price. I appreciate the friendly service and delicious meals. Thank you!
It was a wonderful experience. The food was beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The service was both friendly and quick. The prices were quite reasonable.
Despite the hectic atmosphere, all the servers were friendly and attentive. We were lucky to get seated right away, but I noticed that others who arrived after us were informed of a wait time of 30 minutes to an hour. This place is especially popular on the weekends, so if you're visiting with a large group, I strongly recommend calling ahead. For those considering vegetarian options, I was able to easily customize a vegan meal by removing the dill cheese spread from the avocado toast. The staff was also very considerate of dietary restrictions and double-checked to ensure that everything was prepared correctly.
