Has value for money. Food has big serving size. Ribs is melts-in-your- mouth tender and juicy. Flavor is savoury but not sweet which is a good thing; though for me it would be better if it will have a more smoke after taste. I also like their chicken wing which has a crisp breading. Though, I find the ranch dressing a little bland and lacks character but if you add tabasco sauce, you can kick up the flavor. Place a cozy though a little hot, I think have a problem on their airconditioning but all servers are very friendly and attentive to your requests.
Awesome burgers and stellar service made for a great experience. Hamburgers were great! Brioche buns were soft and fresh, patties were cooked well, juicy, and well-seasoned; overall flavor with the toppings were good, too. Get the bacon mushroom melt or the bleu cheese burger (this could use more bleu cheese to give it a sharper, more pungent aroma. They put it too little, in my opinion) instead of the lava burger (which was okay, but quite underwhelming). The side of curly fries were great tasting as well. Their sous-vide A-chops were all right, but forgettable. Chicken wings were crispy, but wasn't as good as other wing places taste-wise. Cowabunga was okay, but a bit overpriced. Beer was cheap (bucket of 5 at about 200 pesos) but could be a little colder. Service was excellent. The servers were very friendly and accommodating. The place looks nice and clean, is generally comfortable, but a bit too warm. Air-conditioning needs work.
Seared Restaurant Lounge is located at Ortigas Techpoint building in Pasig. The restaurant offers several of our favorite American dishes, and is making waves in the food industry for serving juicy meats through the cooking method called sous vide. The restaurant gives a loose and mellow overall vibe as it features a modern but minimalist interior, with black and white furniture, and rose gold-colored displays and ornaments in grass wall corners.
