RM 16 - Pasig
RM 16
Description
RM 16 is a hidden speakeasy located behind Titto's Latin BBQ and Grill, offering a unique and secretive entrance through a Coke truck door. The bar attracts a young and lively crowd with DJ music and a cool underground vibe. With limited seating for around 30 people, it's recommended to visit on a weekday to avoid large crowds. The cocktails, such as Querida Rita, Cucumber Caipirinha, and Peruvian Sour, are praised for not skimping on spirits. The bartenders are friendly and crafty, offering interesting drink options like a cocktail with ice cream. While the atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable, it's advised to leave before midnight as the crowd tends to get younger as the night goes on. The concept of the secret password door adds an element of mystery, although the password is easily accessible. Overall, RM 16 is a cool spot for those looking for a private party atmosphere and unique drinks in Manila.

If you're looking for some place private to party and chill, visit this place. RM 16, one of the speakeasy bars here in Manila, is located at the back of Titto's Latin Bbq and Grill. Seating capacity is limited, approximately it can only accomodate 30 people. Best to visit this on a weekday if you wanna avoid big crowds coming in here(or worse, missing a spot).
Had dinner in Tito's and RM 16 was just behind it so grabbed a few drinks to check it out as well. Place has potential for a Speakeasy. The dark lighting, couch and high stool seats at the bar makes you imagine a Mafia hitman would come into that door with a gatling gun firing at the customers. It wasn't The mafia coming in by 11pm though. It was a bunch of college kids. And bunch would mean groups. Lots of them. I guess I am just getting too old for "tsug tsug tsug" music. Drinks were good. Bartenders friendly and crafty. Drank cocktail with ice cream! Liked the concept of the secret password door. The password by the way is easily accessible. Just ask any waiter in Tito's or just walk up and the doorman will open it for you. No point of keeping the password secret hehe Place is chill but leave before 12am as the crowd gets younger.
The entrance to this bar is really cool and clever. that, plus the arcades inside, makes it like an underground spot. I love especially that their beers can be served per liter, well defined for heavy drinkers.
