I wa... read more The therapist was fantastic—absolutely a 10/10! I had a delightful massage, and the staff was friendly and polite. However, the ambiance could be enhanced. I wasn't keen on the partitions being just curtains, as it let me hear the conversation of the person next to me. Also, the massage bed could use more padding; it was firmer than what I'm used to.
