Locally, under Ramcar Group - Mister Donut and Tokyo Tokyo were the co-brands :) What sets each branch different is how they execute their service, so let’s see if there’s something EXTRA that will make a branch stand-out." ♥ Proximity – Not a place to drop-by on regular hours but when midnight ticks, yes. This one is open. The branch is hidden inside the Rockwell Pasig Business area – near the Medical City. ♥ Aversions - Too bad parking there is priced at 40php for 3 hours. They changed their means of servicing their customer by now having an assembly line after orders. Unlike the old school fastfood order taking that you get your orders upon payment – this time, you have to wait for your number to be called. Extra gravy for take-out has a charge – imagine that! ♥ Service – High Five to Leah – that is if I’ve remembered her name right, but she did an amazing job on taking orders, she’s fast on doing that, while her team mate gets all at pile-up. ♥ Ordered – Spinach double-down. Well it did taste like chicken but tasted too many MSG + very salty. Not a fan of that bitter-tasted vegetable so it truly does not marry with the chicken-Pattie-sandwich. I must say that when they first launched the double-down viand it was a hit. It tasted so well and the meat was truly chunky – now, it’s just a so-so meal. You are losing stars for this. But the house-blend is a true hit! I say it can compete with the Wendy’s Iced Tea, tasted like it but priced lower that it. A good find for the pocket. ♥ My Final Personal Thoughts – Stop launching double-down I truly believe that due to costing, you will never revert back to the old tasty, chunky, huge double-down. Continue with your iced tea and never add more sugar to it – whatever it tastes like today, should be sustained. If only you can switch back to the old order process of fast-food chains where the service crew can just pick the order behind them from the metal-heating bin it would better. Yes you can take orders fast but waiting for the numbers to be called is a disservice. Nothing special on the service but was never a fan of the assembly lane system, I have to de-rate for that. #ToEachHisOwn
