DULCINEA - Pasig

I've been missing the churros con chocolate as a perfect dessert. I love their Seafood marinara and tuhod y batok as a staple meal but I do hope that you guys improve the overall ambiance of your place even if it is just in a corner of a mall.

last time i had gone here, the churros were cold and tough. I normally love their churros, but I am afraid that if i ever go back, I will just be disappointed once again

The first time I ate here, I fell in love and have been coming back ever since. Their super garlicky Beef Salpicao has been my staple meal and I end it with a plate of greasy, sinful and delicious churros con chocolate.
