I didn't like the meat, which was very tough and medium-rare inside, too much fat from both the intestine and the sausage and also the oil that is added to brown the meat, the sauces that are not good give sourness because they are not boiled, you erupt the sausage because it is not well sewn and I don't know why it doesn't try to be original and leave behind the small tortillas, possibly being a novelty if the size...
