What User doesn't like about Subway:
my man and I stopped on the way from L.A. to spokane. that's the worse subway we've ever done. first nobody was on the switch, so we cracked the bell. the worker had a terrible attitude and was unhappy that we ordered the bell. the worker didn't know how to make a subway melt and said that he didn't toast the brot until that was sweet in sandwich. this was literally no problem in all the subways I had. he also put ou... The staff working at the counter were fantastic, but unfortunately, they seem to be understaffed and overwhelmed. I spoke with other customers who mentioned that the employee hadn’t had a day off in 16 days and had been working mostly solo. This person deserves better support from a business that has been around for so long. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived because they prioritized other customers who had arrived earlier, which is understandable, but with an additional employee, both my order and those of the other customers could have been attended to more efficiently. This review is about the restaurant as a whole, not the individual who served me—who was exceptional. It’s clear that he has a lot to handle. I hope they either provide him with a raise or allow him to work part-time alongside someone else.
The service here is consistently poor, and my order was incorrect each time. This restaurant is not worth either your time or your money.
The girl with short hair and baggy pants refused to provide extra salad containers, even though I offered to pay for them.

If that's her box stop, I'd skip this subway if I were her.
