Heavy set Hispanic manager and other girl are very rude and very slow took like 10 mins for a 8 piece nugget that is already pre cooked I'm pretty sure and by far worst fast food service View all feedback.
I visited this restaurant around 6:45 PM, and their large street sign indicated that they were open from 6 PM to 10 PM. The sign also stated that the lobby was open, but that turned out to be false. When we finally received a response from the staff, the woman was rude. Interestingly, we recognized her as the same person we had encountered at a nearby Flying J, and it seemed she was unhappy about working the overnight shift with the truckers and then having to open the restaurant. Regardless, my experience here was disappointing, and I will not be returning. It's better if this place just stays closed.
The drive-thru service was disappointing. The staff was rude, and they made several mistakes with my order. I won't be returning to this location.
I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. The food had clearly been sitting out for hours, even though there were hardly any customers. The dish I ordered was like chewing on gum that had been under a heat lamp for three days. After just a few bites, I'm pretty sure I'm going to regret it. The staff seemed indifferent and uninvolved. The atmosphere of the entire place felt rundown and neglected.
Last two times I’ve been here the managers didn’t wear masks nor did some other employees.
