Arby's - Pasco

I'm so excited to share how ridiculously happy this specific restaurant makes me! The customer service is Phenomenal for a fast food joint the food....Well it's never, Ever been disappointing! The environment is clean, comfortable and even cozy. The freshness factor is out of this world and the food really is quite delicious, along with very nice sized servings for a hungry human The new Greek Gyros are outstanding!

Ordered mozzarella sticks. They came out hot and crispy because they had to cook them right then, so I had to pull around to wait a little longer. Perfectly cooked, and even though I missed letting them know, they got a sauce in the bag for me anyway.

The best thing about Arby's is that nobody goes to Arby's. No line, no wait. They also have these honey hot boneless wings that they take away, but I wish to stay on the menu.

I recently called this restaurant because my family and I just returned from vacation and needed food. Unfortunately, they were severely understaffed and made a few mistakes with our order. However, when I complained, Cody answered and quickly took charge. It was clear that he had stepped in as the manager and I empathize with him, as the previous manager was incompetent. I'm relieved to know that Cody is now in charge and is working to correct the mistakes made under the old management. I was initially hesitant to return to this restaurant, but after speaking with Cody, I am willing to give it another chance. I appreciate Cody's honesty and dedication to improving the restaurant. Despite our previous calls going unanswered, I am hopeful that the changes Cody is making will bring the restaurant back to its former standards. We look forward to returning in a month or so and witnessing the improvements firsthand.

Steven provided great service and was very helpful. The restaurant was well-maintained and the food was delicious.
