Was Anonym at Manam a mag?
the last time that mom and I had eaten outside was in front of the pandemic, in manam trinoma, so I thought to bring her back here, now that we came out for her eye check. well to know that they follow strict health protocols. to make a comment is that the sisig warns as good as I remember from the beginning. too much of the chicharon toppings is the difference that makes u wonder if it should be an extender. the ban... What Anonym dislikes about Manam:
Moa offers an impressive array of food choices. Manam has always been a top pick for Filipino cuisine enthusiasts. My go-to orders are kansi, sisig, and plapla, but you absolutely can't miss the desserts! The puto bumbong is available year-round, but it's especially delightful during festive celebrations. First ever filipino food that u tried and it taste real good. Live the pancit and chicken pork stew which the taste are so Asian but it was a bit salty. The mango juice are using the fresh mango and not those artificial juice which I would highly recommend for tourist or person who are not local to give the a try. They will amaze u

WE ORDERED: Chicharong Bulaklak (S), House Crispy Sisig (M), Sinigang na Beef Short Rib & Watermelon, Garlic Rice (M), Inihaw na Baboy w/ Aligue (S), Turon of Mango & Kesong Puti w/ Ice Cream (S), Mais con Hielo con Queso (+) Variety of food is overwhelming - in a good way. It makes you want to try them all! (+) No complaints about the food we ordered. We were all satisfied. Surprised that watermelon can go @well in sinigang. My favorite is the Inihaw na Baboy w/ Aligue. The aligue was really flavorful. It goes well with rice! (+) The place was spacious and homey. (-) Our requests were not quickly attended given the number of customers, but this is forgivable. :) I think I found my new favorite Filipino restaurant. Will definitely come back to try out other dishes!!!

The food was good, I love the palabok. The Kare-kare sauce wag amazing but I barely saw beef cuts, it's all sauce and vegetables. The Patis glazed chicken is the bomb and the laksa tasted pretty bad, it's supposed to be creamy but It wasnt and it has a bad smell. Maybe the sea shells used weren't fresh. We barely touched the Alumihan(?) Laksa The service was kinda poor, they're so slow and even.

Sisig remains the best, and social distancing measures are still being adhered to.
