Cafe Maxims - Pasay
Cafe Maxims
Description
Tucked inside a resort complex, this air‑conditioned cafe offers a varied Filipino + Italian/American menu with strong highlights: excellent espresso, satisfying spaghetti, flourless chocolate and a good bibingka. Opening hours are convenient and the atmosphere is inviting and relaxed.
Expect upscale prices and occasional inconsistency in service; some mains (baby back ribs, kare‑kare) can be less tender than hoped. Reported issues include flies on displayed fruit and occasional unavailability of the tea‑time set, so check menu options on arrival.

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The food was delightful!
This is one of those places you can't help but want to visit as soon as you arrive. The ambiance is inviting, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. I absolutely love it!
The opening hours are convenient. The food is very good, although it is somewhat pricey (Shake Php 214.94, Large Bibingka Php 285.71, Macadamia Slice Cake Php 232.14). However, not all of the staff provide excellent service, particularly the male employees.
I'm glad they offer fresh apple juice for 261 php. However there was a swarm of flies sitting on the apples. Can you hire someone to kill the flies. This is an indoor air conditioned cafe. For this many flies the problem must been present for a while. Thought this was an upscale place? Ty.
Cafe maxims is located inside resortworld manila. A great place to chill with friends. We initially went here for their tea time set but apparently it was not available. So we just ordered some alacarte snacks: Ensaymada creamy cheese puffy but ok taste Ensaymada dulce de leche same as above Chicken curry puff spicy but not worth the price Bibingka very good White macadamia cake ok
