Yet another filthy, dirty On The Run its shocking how little regard this company has for cleanliness if the shop and driveways etc are this disgusting can you imagine what their back of house must be like??
Very bad on your part OTR. Asked for soy milk hot choc but service guy didn’t bother and tricked and made me with normal milk. If you can’t fulfil order please don’t accept. People with severe allergies gonna die like this. Please keep your standards. Otherwise gonna loose your customers slowly. Never going to get hot drink from OTR again. Sleepy faces every-time you go there. If I get sick now I will take this further.
Stopped there in the morning today, To buy 1 Foot, Subway Chicken Teriyaki. Was Served by a guy with long braided hair. Decided not to get a baked bread. Was treated with this Garbage left overs from previous day. Bread was breaking into pieces just by touching. And chicken teriyaki was freezing cold instead of being hot? How the hell? Subway EAT FRESH, Right? No,,,, Subway Eat Leftovers from Yesterday. Absolutely furious. When i opened my Subway to eat. It was dripping because all the stuff was freezing cold. And i had instant tooth ache but biting the chicken tomato. Disgusting. Never stopping there for petro or anything ever again. Have a look at these pics.
I have been regular customer there. Leon always friendly and professional.
I go in very early most mornings on my way to work and am always greeted by a friendly lady that is busy cleaning outside. She always says good morning and has a chat with a smile on her face even though its really early. Always plenty of pies and iced coffee lately which is good. Its a good start to the day
