The Langham keeps improving their service and overall standards over time. We ate here for my birthday breakfast while also staying in the hotel, and it was a lovely experience. They made me feel safe, they were clean, following all covid protocols, and the food was just as wonderful as the service View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Terrace At The Langham, Pasadena:
we celebrated our 20-year anniversary; in that we were married there, although I let them know in the reservation, not a mention or special effort was made. we were charged extra for something that should be included, and had to ask several times for things. our hospitable egg over hard, and they came runny. the environment is nevertheless beautiful, but do not expect the best service in this restaurant. Beautiful property, excellent service but food choices were not so great. Request some more GF , low cal options for sides
Parking is expensive ..even with the discount ..still $15. .for one hour???
Service was fantastic. Food is always excellent. Our go to breakfast spot when we are in the Pasadena area.
Saturday lunch, very, very limited menu selection. (Different from the website) prices are reasonable. Service so,so. Food is okay, nothing special. (We are celebrating our wedding anniversary, put the note when we make the reservation. Not asking for any special thing, but will be appreciated if they had acknowledged that, just a side note).
Excellent service- we were offered refreshments immediately and the took our order quickly. Food came out fast and was delicious. The service was wonderful throughout our stay and the ambience was perfect.
