What Stephanie Tjebben doesn't like about Dog Haus:
Placed orders for two breakfast burritos Haus and bronco. Picked up order and left and started eating, halfway through the burrito, realized that there were no tator tots and checked the other burrito and there were no tator tots as well. While I was waiting for my order, I heard the cook asking the front cashier what goes in the burritos. Called and they said I could bring them back but that is a waste of my time an... They wrong the order and my sandwich was horrible I wasn’t able to eat it I just trash everything my last time at this place
I have been coming here for 14 years since they opened in Pasadena. I have never had a bad experience, or a bad meal here. At this point, I have had everything on the menu at least once. Everything is good too great, mostly great.
Great food and convenient location compared to the old town location. Plenty of parking in the back with underground shaded area. We love all their food items. Most recently, we really like their milkshakes!
The hot dogs here are such a treat. I love the So Veggie, my friend gets the Chili Idol with bratwurst and the chicken wings. Perfect!
Making the customer feel welcome would improve the experience.
