Contribute FeedbackI was in the Dena area with my friend after we left PCC, and decided to go for some hookah here after we had KBBQ.
Just got back from Bliss and was honored to have a waitress named Stephanie.
Bliss Cafe and Lounge is my #1 Spot for hookah anytime, it's close by, the employees are very attentive and hookah is great.
