the entire restaurant was in construction, there were tvs on the floor and kegs everywhere. eating was a good price, but the server did not interact with us more than 2 times the entire meal. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Yuzu Shabu Grill:
service is very bad. slowly and we had to beg for water and refilling. they also advertised on the menu that lunches $26 for the standard ayce. we received our reception and it ended with $37. the owner told us that this is the price for lunch during the weekend. we were not warned about the price change until we got the bill. The first time in a hot pot restaurant and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. the employees have informed new customers well.
The seafood plater was not fresh. And they didn’t have salmon on our plate as picture. The seafood isn’t fresh. It’s frozen. I expected more.The photos on yelp are deceiving. And the facility isn’t very clean. Then tables are sticky.
Very fun! Restaurant allows you to book large parties, and we were able to accommodate 10 at one table. It was a little tight so I would recommend expecting two tables for any larger parties.
This place is the best! We got the for two dinner and the meat options and broth options are beyond what I expected. The staff are so kind and friendly, recommend great things and are patient if it’s your first time. I’m going to keep coming here. Thank you Yuzu Staff!!
Great hot pot! They have a good AYCE and price is on point. Definitely recommend!
