Whataburger - Pasadena

Eating amazing and everything, but be careful that they charge you extra for food and do not give it to you. I've agreed since well I think he's new and didn't want to wait any longer what I would have. So I was charged for 4 extra sharp strips, but never got them. I came home and asked my father if that was in his box and he said yes, but shouldn't just give it 3 and we will be lying. Just reason why it is 5 stars, so more people can see it and tbh this will be more effective in so many levels.

Finally hot crunchy frits as they had all the time years ago. Had not gone for about a year Cuz-Fries were always cold lukewarm and soggy now 2xs this week and Pommes were HOT and crunchy love these Pommes! Burger good to lol

This is the best whataburger in the area… consistent food and amazing customer service! I’m never disappointed!

I received amazing customer service from Cecilia! And of course the food was fantastic! Going to that location brought back so many memories.

I love the place I go there all the time but yesterday at 1100 -1200 the drive thru worker was very rude and had a very bad attitude. I wish I could give zero stars to whoever this employee is.
