The Kluckin Chicken - Pasadena

This is a nice place for Hot Chicken in Pasadena. I got the Kluckin Combo #1 at Hot spice level $13.49 and it tasted good. The sandwich wasn't too spicy so definitely going for fire next time and the fries were perfectly crispy. The young man Greg who served me was fantastic. They're open until 2am which is a plus. Free parking in lot.

I had the 3 tender meal. The service was good. The food was hot. The problem is the food lacks flavor. It’s spicy with no flavor. The tenders has a very weird texture, just like the fries. The fries were a weird texture as well. Also ordered the fried pickles. Boy that was another let down. The fried pickles has the same texture as the tenders. It isn’t crunchy or crispy. More like soggy. My bf had the two sandwich meal and it was all the same. Bland, soggy, and weird texture. Spent $45 on this place. Never coming back.

Amazing food love the atmosphere and that it’s open late, highly recommend to anyone and everyone

Pretty good! Far from the best spicy chicken place in the area but it had reasonable prices and quick service. The restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly/helpful.The sandwich was good. I got hot spice level and it was spicy without being over the top. I'd get the same level next time. The coleslaw was fine and was good after the spicy sandwich but probably wouldn't get it again. The mac and cheese was creamy and good.I'll go back and try the fried pickles and fries next time.

Great texture the coleslaw in the sandwich was perfect. Fries were really nice too. Employees are friendly :)We are glad to see this place open hope to return soon!
