I have to go for the authentic Salvadoran cuisine. Pupusas are always beautiful and hot and come with their curtido and salsa. The only thing I don't like is that they take a very long time to immerse. So what I tend to do is call in my order before time and let them know that it is for dune in. We're coming from Galveston. Yeah, wait is crazy, but if you want good Pupusa, you have to wait! Las de arroz OMG
