What User doesn't like about Pappas B-q:
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. The dry brisket sandwich was overpriced at $15. The half rack of baby back ribs for $19.95 tasted old and lacked moisture. The mac and cheese was lacking in cheese. The chicken wings were average. The carrot cake was the only redeeming dish. Overall, this was a terrible experience. View all feedback.
Pappas is consistently the best barbecue in town (or out of town). We ate in Pasadena at the Oleander location and it was great. The manager helped my wife with ordering for a gluten free meal. The pork ribs were superb and the brisket was amazing. I got the beans and cream corn and they were great. We love the whole Pappas restaurant chain.
Very friendly and fast and friendly service with a smile

Kimmy at the drive-thru should take orders from customers in the order they are received on the loudspeaker. After waiting for several minutes, she took an order from someone who had just arrived after another customer. It appears to be a training issue as both customers' orders were working fine. The restaurant should improve on this.
This restaurant is too costly. The food was good, but paying $44.00 for 2 chopped brisket sandwiches, 2 fries that cost an extra $6.50, and 2 drinks is too much. I would rather stay home, make a ham sandwich, and save my money.
