My option of Napoli remains the same, it 's great restaurant with great service and great food; however, I can no longer recommend the delivery service. They no longer deliver themselves. What Jeff K doesn't like about Napoli Italian:
Good food and good wine. The garlics rolls are not soaked in garlic butter but they are ok. They do come with a side of garlic and tomato's I had spaghetti with a meatball and some garlic/meat sauce. Lots of garlic cloves and the meatball was huge. I had a garden salad with ranch dressing. It was fine. The wine was a cab, but not the house Cab. It was great. One downside was my sticky table. I wasn 't going to review, but reading the others, it seems like my initial thought was correct; so much about this place has unfortunately gone down hill. I used to come here often in 2016 and early '17. It had been quite a long time since I 'd returned, so the differences were very clear to me. The rolls are a fraction of the size they used to be, and they bring out one for each person now. The cheese sticks would have been inedible had I not been starving. The breading was soggy and tasted like actual bread mushed up and squeezed around a cheese stick. The entrees were good, with good portion sizes. I ate my leftovers the next day. The server, who has been there since I first came in '16, has lost all desire to be there. The cooks rang the bell for our food (We were the only table), and she sat on her phone for a good three additional minutes before going to grab it. I know because I was starving and staring at her. Also, someone accidentally left the Michael Buble song on repeat and nobody noticed for 20 minutes because they were all talking and laughing on their phones. I would attempt to make eye contact with our server, another would see me, and then ignore me. It was just weird. This place used to be delicious and welcoming. Now I feel like a burden.

Seems to be a disconnect. Also don 't bother to add any special instructions such as, please deliver to the back gate. The driver does not get the info. I 'm sad to say I have deleted Napoli from our regular Sunday night delivery rotation. But don 't let this keep you from going to the restaurant. I highly recommend it!
I really want to give five stars, but I'll give four because the customer service was AWESOME, but my dessert was very upsetting! We came in for my birthday and had a large party. When we arrived, the table was already ready (since I had called ahead) and I loved the way they had it set up. It was two tables pushed up against a booth and sitting in the middle of the booth made me feel like a princess at the head of the table! I like to feel special on my birthday! My mom had literally been discharged from the hospital behind the restaurant 30 minutes before dinner and she was experiencing back pain, but was determined to join us. Our meal ended up being rushed because we were trying to get her home and our server was very quick about getting us what we needed. My Shrimp Francais was good, and I would eat it again. I didn't get to finish it, but that was okay. The bread they serve is very good and even better with the oil it comes with. We boxed up our food and they even managed to get me my birthday cannoli. Here's the problem. I got tiramisu to go. I got home, ate my dinner, and then opened up my tiramisu. It looked good, but when I cut into it, it was frozen even after sitting out over 30 minutes. That was very unappealing to me. I thought the tiramisu at an Italian restaurant would be made in store. So they lost a star for that.
Establishment does not honor it 's own coupons!! Shame on your for your false advertisement!! I will post this on BBB as well! Follow up: They told me they will honor their own promotion by doing me a favor after arguing for a while. At this point, it was a matter of principle. Such a rude stuff, no wonder there are so many bad reviews about the customer service. I waited for 25min and they told me it will take another 20min. At that point, I couldn 't care less about their food. I am posting this to BBB and filing complaint with RICO for this kind of treatment!!!
