Mcdonald's - Pasadena

Sometimes the food is hot, fresh, and delicious. Sometimes not. That's life. I've never had problems with their ice cream machine, though, which is nice.

Worst service I have ever encountered! My friend I walked inside to order only to watch the manager ignore us and more customers came in still no employee acknowledged us and no employee at counter to take orders. Then I got the managers attention by loudly saying Yo!!!! He comes to counter says to us we are kind of busy ....almost try to walk away again but I asked again if he could take are order already because we were already running late to pick up my friends kids from babysitter. After he took our order a armed security guard who was also there before us that was waiting for his food came up to me and said if I raise my voice again he would remove me....what a joke lol all the others waiting behind us even were shocked at this circus.

The staff was friendly, but the manager was pretty rude. When one of their associates was trying to help us, the manager disciplined them right in front of us. The manager handed us our food very hurriedly but also forgot an item in our order. In specific, the manager was very unfriendly and did not interact with us at all when they were handing us our order.

Bruh. Middle bun slipped out because it was COVERED in Mac sauce. I can’t imagine who would like that much Mac sauce or what kind of health problems that type of person would have but gross. Had to throw it away.

This is the McDonald's closest to my job. So I always come here. I always get a six-piece chicken nugget, Happy meal. And for the most part, their chicken nuggets are always super crispy. And their fries are almost never soggy. Could use improvement on customer service though. Some of the employees can have an attitude.
