Mcdonald's - Pasadena

Very good restaurant, good food and dinner very clean,now since 7/29/22 the dinner is open at 5am, that's very good everyone is welcome, thanks.

Came here a few minutes ago nd y are the employees doing karaoke I mean at least do ur job right they didn’t even wrap my burger right nd it all fell out… looked like they just thru my stuff in the bag

The employees are kind and the food was as ordered. They were fast and I like that they were friendly with each other as much as with the customers! A good team with a great manager! I like how kind she was to the newer cashier when he needed a little help with a coupon. I like the atmosphere and would definitely eat here rather than some others I've been too.

I just came from there. I had ordered 3 of the $6 bundles. They gave me 5 burgers instead of 6 I had told the girl at the window, she was so disrespectful started saying look in between your legs I know how to count. I said excuse me there's only 5 I took the whole order out the bag put 2 burgers in each basket showed her 1 basket only had 1, when I did that she turned around and used profanity and gave me an extra attitude calling me baby girl. It made me so mad. I know the other ladies there when her manager seen me she told the girl she's out usual customer when I asked the young girl for her name she told me I ain't giving you s . So I asked her manager because clearly she knew I was going to report her. Her name is Gabriella. Honestly I'm never going back there again. I was so distraught of how bad she spoke to me I left my drinks. Never going back there. She's new to she needs to get fired or trained in customer service. I work at a fast food I would never speak to customers that way.

My husband had a class party for his students. He placed an order at McDonald's and the McDonald's crew went above and beyond for his students.I haven't seen great customer service like that in such a long time. Thank you to McDonald's crew at 131 Pasadena Blvd. Xoxooxoxox
