The prices have gone up, and several of my favorite salads are no longer available. If you're interested, try the Cozy Combo—it isn’t listed on the menu, but if you request it, they'll serve it to you. It includes one warm side (without protein), one marketplace salad, and one warm protein. The Poki bowl is decent, though it doesn't have as many toppings as you might find at other places. What User doesn't like about Lemonade:
To be fair, I didn't eat food this time. The smoothie I got was delicious. The food looked like it was out all day and didn't look fresh or inviting. In the past I enjoyed Lemonade very much. View all feedback.
Update: it appears Lemonade is replying to reviews here, implying they’re making efforts to rectify the situation. I filled out their online form, and received no response after several weeks. I’ve eaten here several times and it’s usually good, but recently a dish I got had an entire handful of ginger, barely any rice, and the beef “short rib” was mostly globs of pure fat. Apparently they need better QC or something.
Positives: The sides. Cauliflower and the sweet potato sides were both very flavorful. Negatives: The Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl. Four tiny pieces of tuna in my entire $13 Poke Bowl. For $13 at Bay Poke, I get multiple selections of fish with 6ish pieces each. Booo!! The wait. I placed my order online. Their online ordering system indicated that my order would be ready at 12:10. I got there early. I asked about my order. The man checked on it. He indicated that it was coming. 10 minutes later, I find out that they hadn 't even made my order. This is in a restaurant that isn 't crowded. It was a full 15 minutes after they 'd told me to expect my order before I finally had my food. Not okay. Particularly since I was in a rush.
The Lemaonade store in Pasadena is simply an imposition. I had ordered via app pickup (ASAP). After my arrival after 30min my pickup was not yet ready. After I had asked several times whether they can now go through my preparation, I was answered that it is currently in the preparation. After another 10min I asked again for my pickup. The answer was is currently in preparation . Finally, after 30 minutes I left the store without my food. The unfriendly nature of the manager there, her communication turned away from the customer, the feeling of hunger when leaving the store makes my order a failure. Since the situation made me emotionally very angry, this will be the first time that I will write a 1 star rating including the long justification. Of course I will not visit the Lemonade store again. Of course I will ask for the money back.
We went to visit my mother in-law who doesn’t get out much. She is living in a 6-bed where they take care of her. She likes it there. Her entire life was spent taking care of my wife and everyone in her large family. So no that she is 89 and can barely get in a car I was going to bless her! First we drove to the top of Mt. Baldy and she had never been. Photo opportunity and now that photo is on her bedside nightstand. Next we ate at Lemonades on the Rose Parade route just a day after the big game. Then we took her whale watching and Dolphin viewing off Long Beach and she then finished with a real authentic Mexican restaurant where she ate old school mashed potato tacos. She grew up poor but live a rich life. Thanks Grandma Tere!
I waited half an hour for an online pickup order. People in line were served faster, while my sandwich sat on the counter. The sandwich was not cut and the beef had lots of fat and gristle. They are clearly not prepared for the lunch rush.
