KFC’s local outlet delivers a mixed experience. While the restaurant is clean and staffed by friendly, dedicated employees who go the extra mile, food quality and order accuracy remain inconsistent. Patrons praise the wings, mashed potatoes, and sweet tea, but complaints include unavailable menu items, bland seasoning, missing sides, and even undercooked chicken. Language barriers and slow service in the drive-thru add to customer frustration. Despite some management improvements and positive interactions, there is clear room for better inventory management and quality control to ensure a consistently satisfying visit.

I just wanted to give a big thank you to the ladies at the restaurant! About 30 minutes ago, I ordered the 11-piece wings. I spoke with the wonderful woman taking my order and asked her if she could do half. However, I realized that 11 isn’t a number that can be easily divided!
The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. It seems like you have a new management team in place. I've never had any issues with the food quality. I really hope you bring back the wedges, though.
Very dissatisfied. I ordered a famous bowl, and it came with only 5 pieces of chicken. I never got so little. I asked if there is any way to get more as it seemed like a little amount, but the manager said that she could only me for a popcorn chicken (which is more expensive then the bowl itself) instead of fixing her mistake. This was my first and last visit to this place
Chicken The fenders are great, the potatoes with Gravy are good and the sweet tea is on the point. No TV in the store, but is very clean and tidy. Food: 4/5
What are you waiting for? I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me 3 *tiny* small, cold chicken tenderers on a bun instead of a real chicken sandwich. And my fries didn't give me either. Couldn't even get a replacement. The worst are KFC I've ever been to.
