The food was terrible, extremely greasy, with small, overcooked chicken pieces that had a bland taste. I fear that this restaurant may suffer the same fate as Church's Chicken due to the poor quality of food. The franchise owners really need to improve the food quality. My previous visit last year was just as bad, with terrible chicken that had tasteless skin.

At 9 pm I went to get some food here and I ordered two of the famous bowls combo and after I said what kind of drinks I wanted, the guy taking my order said to... read more At 9 pm I went to get some food here and I ordered two of the famous bowls combo and after I said what kind of drinks I wanted, the guy taking my order said to pull up to the window. Like dude I wasn 't finished ordering. I tried ordering the chicken sandwich on its own, but they didn 't have it and I tried to order two of the chicken littles, but they didn 't have that either so I simply said that 's it then. I used to work in the fast food industry and I know managers and higher ups want employees to sell anything a customer wants even if the store is 30 minutes away from closing. I get to the window, pay for my order, and wait. I get my order, but the guy doesn 't say have a wonderful night or something similar. I normally don 't care for that kind of stuff, but I 'm sure other customers would like to hear that. I check my order and my 2 famous bowls are obviously there, but I didn 't get the two cookies that come with the combo and my receipt. Not only that, but one of the drinks that was suppose to be a mountain dew was a Pepsi. In my opinion, that guy should get fired.

I recently went there to get two pieces for my stepdaughter, specifically asking for drumsticks, but instead, I received a different order. I also asked for mashed potatoes without gravy, and they came with gravy on them. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I tried to call five times; they answered twice but then hung up, and I couldn't get through the other three times. I also requested two pot pies and only got one.

W... read more I had a troubling experience at this restaurant. After we finished our meal and paid with our debit card, the staff engaged us in small talk as a distraction. When we left, we didn’t notice that we had forgotten our card. The next day, we called to check if they had it, but the employees were very suspicious when we inquired. It turned out they had used the map feature on Walmart! I recognized some of the staff from the restaurant there. One of the employees even took the map. I’ve filed a police report about the situation. This is unacceptable behavior.
