Ihop - Pasadena

Service sucked and the food was horrible. Waited 40 minutes and then they still didn’t get the order correct. Do not recommend this place to eat in the evening

I was fasting to get routine blood work done and I was famished. Didn't catch the server name as he is Asian American, service was excellent and the food was awesome and I left a 20% tip. Thanks IHOP ?.

Didn't have anyone to greet us. After waiting a while we signaled someone down. He greeted us and took good care of us. Food was just as we requested it and it was delicious ?

Lets see were do i start , this is the second time at this place early this morning. We walked in the front door and almost fell due to the floor being wet and there were no signs up warning customers.Yes it gets better, with music blazing in the restaurant no one could tell we were there i had to walk inti the kichen to get the okd lady's attention.She was more interested in her phone than seating us.she finally brought us coffee and took our order , she came back to the table three times to ask us about the order instead of writting it down the first time.Be in mind we are the only customers in the restaurant, the order arrives and its wrong and our patience are decreasing .We eat our meal and pay the bill , while doing that this old waitress walks from kitchen to our table and slips and face plants on floor bad , she was ok just her pride hurt and I'm pretty sure she will feel it later.if you want bad service in the morning than this is the place to go.

Came in for breakfast with a group of friends(15) we where seated down n great service by Juan are waiter. Haven’t been to IHOP in a wild but food was good and parking is a little tight having to share with Hooters n Harley Davison.
