Great food and right there very convenient. I get my gas at Amins Texaco and while I am getting an oil change I can eat a nice lunch while waiting. Can't beat that!! View all feedback.
What Beats ! doesn't like about El Taco Town:
I called the place 2 times, no answer but I promised my boys we would try them... since we live close I went to order personally. The wait wasn't too long, it was about a 10 minute wait. We ordered a burrito, quesa-birria, order of small tacos and a quesadilla. I wanted to like them, especially since they are so close but we were very underwhelmed... of course we doctored the food at home but my honest opinion it was... View all feedback.
Taco truck is awesome, food is very good as well. Help out small businesses I had a chicken quesadilla.
The second problem was that when I got there at 7 PM, my order hadn’t even been started, despite the fact that there was only one other customer present. Thirdly, only a few of the tacos actually had cheese, even though I was charged an extra $3 for cheese on each order, and all of them were supposed to come with cheese. I was on my way to a buffet dinner, and the whole experience was just terrible. I used to go there regularly, but after this, I won’t be returning. It was the worst service I have ever encountered. UPDATE: You replied that your tacos have always been $12 for three. If that’s the case, then why does your online menu indicate they’re $6.50 for three, plus an additional $3 for cheese, totaling $9.50? I have screenshots of the prices listed online. I’ve ordered this quantity before without any issues. It might be your staff causing these problems. Stop making excuses and start improving! Remember, it’s the people who enhance your business, and word of mouth matters.
The food is excellent and the location is very convenient. I usually fill up my tank at Amins Texaco, and while I’m waiting for my oil change, I can enjoy a nice lunch. You really can’t beat that!
I really wanted to like the food, especially since the restaurant is so close to us, but we were quite disappointed. We did try to enhance the flavors at home, but honestly, the food was bland. The rice in the burrito was undercooked and a bit hard and crunchy. I didn't bother calling to complain since I figured no one would address the issue. It was disheartening because I had hoped we had found a new favorite spot, but I think I’ll stick with the 20-minute drive to the restaurant I already know and love.
I'm not overly picky, but they really need to improve their service. They cut almost all the onions into squares, as if they don't know how to slice an onion into rings.
