Cicis Pizza - Pasadena

This CiCi's was unlike any I’ve ever been to before. It was slightly smaller than others, but it had everything you would expect, including a game room for the kids. What set this location apart was the abundance of fresh and hot pizza options. I was amazed by the variety! Even when a big rush came to the buffet, the food was never wiped out; it was quickly restocked. They were constantly producing fresh items, including not just pizza but also pasta, soup, a salad bar, and a dessert buffet. Plus, the beverage dispenser was well-stocked with ice. The staff did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and clearing away dirty plates, allowing us more space to enjoy our meal. Normally, you might worry about waiting for a crowd to disperse at the buffet, fearing there won’t be anything left, but that worry didn’t exist here! There was a gentleman supervising the staff during our visit. He was directing the team, taking calls, helping to restock items, and keeping things tidy. I even saw him sweeping! I suspect he was the owner, and I want to thank him for an amazing experience; it truly felt like a well-oiled machine. If you’re considering which CiCi’s to visit, look no further—this is the place to go. Enjoy! We certainly did!

The staff member wouldn’t let me leave until I took a picture with her, as if we were partners at a law firm! (Seriously, Valerie, we love you.) This restaurant offers more than just amazing food; it brings us joy every time we visit!

The restaurant needs more space or better management of their occupancy limits. They sold us plates without any available seating, and we had to wait for a small table to open up. Even then, three tables were occupied by employees on their breaks.

This place is always packed, but I can understand why. For the price, the pizza is great and the manger is always on top of greeting people, keeping pizza out, and cleaning up. Great for a cheap, filling bite.

This location is amazing!! We have been to the fuqua, gulfgate, pearland and santa fe locations and spencer always blows them all out of the water, every single time. The buffet is always PACKED with fresh from the oven pizzas. They have all different toppings, not just the same old boring ones. The staff is quick and friendly and the manager is super cool. He is always out in the trenches cleaning the bars, sweeping, refilling the drinks and asking customers if they need anything. They are just all around great! Definitely visit this location, you won't regret it.
