Church's Chicken - Pasadena

I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed to find that nothing was prepared. I had to wait for my order of spicy chicken, white meat, and biscuits. I also ordered okra, which took an additional 3 minutes to prepare, but that was acceptable. The cooking area was filthy, which was off-putting. As I was on my way to another church event, I expected the restaurant, especially since I work for the church, to have white meat, biscuits, and buns ready to go. Unfortunately, they were not ready and I had to wait for over 3 1/2 hours for my order to be complete.

I love the atmosphere of the drive-in restaurant. The food is hot and tasty. The staff is friendly and the service is prompt. Delicious!

Chicken smells and tastes like fish ??The guy for customer service was really bad bad never coming back first and Last time

The food's good there but the staff is just not friendly at all I'm guessing it's because I don't speak Spanish and I'm white

Went about 7 something pm and they did not have spicy chicken and I was told they were not going to cook any because they was closing at 8. But the sign on the building said 10, and the website said 10
