The mascot... read more My 2-year-old nephew was invited to a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, and as a mixed-race child, both I and several other parents were very upset. The mascot was giving hugs and high fives to everyone except my nephew. When we pointed this out, even an employee acknowledged that the mascot had skipped him. When my nephew tried to hug the mascot, he was denied and the mascot shook his finger at him, which upset both my nephew and my sister to tears. We are very disappointed with the service and will not be returning. The employee involved should be ashamed and unfit to work there.

If you want a salad, it’s meant to be just for you—they don’t appreciate sharing. I didn’t see Chuck E. Cheese himself come out every 30 minutes while we were there. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for a birthday party celebration.

Unfortunately, the pizza I received was disappointing. The cheese was tough and the slices were hard to separate, as if it had been sitting out for hours. For $25, I expected much better quality. It was difficult to eat and didn’t seem fresh at all—feeling like they just wanted to get rid of an old pie. On top of that, the protection sticker was broken, which was concerning. I really wanted to enjoy their pizza again, but after this experience, I won’t be ordering from Chuck E. Cheese anymore.

My main... read more The pizza was very tasty, and the front-of-house employee was very courteous. I visited on a Thursday school day around 5 pm, and it wasn’t too crowded. My main issue is that they tend to nickel and dime you, and overall the prices are a bit high, but with everything getting more expensive these days, it’s understandable. They offer a good selection of modern games, and all the machines were working. One small gripe is that some games cost 2.8 or 3.8 points—why not just use even numbers? Overall, I’m very satisfied.

Cheese as an entertainment spot for our kids, especially considering the value and convenience it has offered over the years. That said, there’s definitely room for improvement, such as better employee training and updating the games. Otherwise, the place is fairly clean. One downside is that the salad bar price has skyrocketed—from $5 to $15!
