Very clean fast service. Tried almost all the hot pots there. All very filling. My favorite are the Angus Beef and Thai Tomato. Love their garlic bean dipping sauce. View all feedback.

Glad I went there went they weren’t busy. The tables are so close together. I hate having to listen to someone else’s conversation or talk over them. Boiling Point Sanitation tests the limits of anyone who believes they can handle spicy food.
I've always enjoyed the flavors at Boiling Point, often visiting with family. However, our most recent experience was disappointing. We dined with our one year old who has severe allergies, so we brought noodles and ribs prepared specially for him. After ordering, we were told that outside food was not allowed. We explained it was just for the baby, and the server offered a kids menu of udon and bok choy, which I misunderstood initially to include pork it did not. When we tried to add the ribs to the bowl for our baby, we were reminded again that outside food was not permitted and asked to put it away. I explained our baby's dietary needs, but flexibility was denied due to policy. We ended up having to leave as our needs couldn't be accommodated. If outside food, even for babies, isn't allowed, I wish this was clearly communicated outside. We had brought food previously without issue. Sadly, we won't be returning.
YOU DO NOT THROW AWAY CUSTOMER"S BELONGINGS WITHOUT CONSENT!!! They offered to hold my drink for me when I was informed that outside beverages were not allowed, which I understood. However, upon attempting to retrieve my drink after my meal, the server informed me that she had thrown my drink to the trash.
The dishes here are really Taiwanese style and very tasty. The service also nice, they keeps observing customer’s needed and acting right away. Definitely the place that you would come back again.
Super delicious , I really liked the soups, very hot, and a good flavor, the Passion fruit water delicious. And the lemon jelly they give you at the end

Wayyyyyyyyyy too spicy. I mean OMFG. The kitchen changed my broth twice. I also took it home and put milk and water in it. It was still spicy I couldn't eat it. Literally burns your mouth off. Too much lol.Food: 3/5
The quality of the meat is questionable. They got both our orders wrong. Charged dinner prices during lunch hours. Bathroom was filthy. Parking is difficult. Anthony our server is why they are getting 2 stars. He was friendly, attentive and hard working. I'm sure there are better places. I did like the individual hotpot since I'm a germ phobe.
Comfort food in cold weather. However, this Pasadena location doesn't offer the same selections in other locations. Call ahead if you are craving for certain items so would not get disappointed when got there.Food: 4/5
I'm a hot pot ho'. I love anything that's been simmering, boiling for hours ramen, stews, shabu shabu, sundubu, consommé, broths. Here you get ya' own pot. The flavor options are immense. They give you your own pot and portable stove, you get regular and brown rice for options and you cook away. Been here a handful of times during cooler nights and it fits the bill. Ambience is a small dining room and a communal table. Service is brisk and prompt. I cannot think of a faster way to get very good, warming, crave worthy broths that send me home sated and content. Did I mention warming. End of Yelp.
Large soup with many toppings! Price is reasonable considering the large portion. The broth could use some more flavoring. And the weird thing was that my partner and I were sat at the communal table, but we were sat in the middle and sat across from each other, which to me was weird, especially sitting next to strangers when I'd like to sit next to my partner, who I would be talking to. But not a deal breaker! Super popular place, and great for cold weather!

First time here, food was great, we got seated VERY quickly for a Saturday evening, as other places had at least a 45 min wait. Staff was great and walked by constantly (given that it's a small place, to be expected) and checked on us frequently, much appreciated!
Love it! Great service, tasty food, nice surroundings. The best location I’ve ever visit for boiling point. Specifically love that they work with the boba shop next door
Love this place. It's hot pot concept is so simple yet fantastic. It's basically hot pot with your choice of different flavors and meat/veggie options. My personal favorite is the seafood or Angus beef. My cousin loves the lamb. I also get the noodles to add in. You choose your spiciness level; I always go for mild. You make your own sauce concoction to dip your meat, they'll show you how, if you don't know just ask! You also have to get the green tea. During lunch time it's free! Also, they have macaron ice cream for dessert! Does it get any better??? Definitely worth it. I did also notice different options at this location. There's more variety to their menu than at others...
I think this is an excellent place for it’s price point. With the price you get plenty of food with good taste and quality. Service was also excellent. I ordered medium level and it was spicy enough for me. Didn’t take a picture of it, but I also ordered Holy Cow. And it was also excellent
This is a chain Taiwanese hot soup restaurant that serves various Asian inspired flavors. It’s best to dine on a cold day since the soup stays super hot from the burner. The portions were generous but the broth was lacking in flavor and the brown rice was mushy. The service was fast and efficient.

I want to start with the expression that I really like Boiling Point and I? ve has eaten it often. The waitress is careless and rude for me. Today is Thanksgiving and it's really cold out. I wanted to tell her this is really cold. Her name is Maria. She forced me to wait outside when there's literally nobody waiting. It is rude and careless for customers. I understand it's Thanksgiving, but you don't have to treat me like a homeless person, okay? So rude. You needed to get fired. No customer service.
I'm glad I went there, they weren't busy. The tables are so close together. I hate hearing someone else's conversation or talking about them. The food was tasty, although the amount of meat contained was less than I expected. When it comes to the hot pot, do I prefer? The highlight for me were the desserts that remembered my childhood. I understand why people still like this place, but I prefer to go to Alhambra or El Monte.
Great place for Taiwanese hot pot. We had 1 pot, 1 appetizer and 1 shaved ice cream that very fulfill. (Only a complaint the ice was not well shaved. The food is good and the prices are reasonable.
Seating is a bit uncomfortable. Can't hang personal items on chairs not alot of table space either. Service a little forgetful but very kind and friendly great food! I would definitely come back!

The best Hot Pot hands down n the service is excellent
We liked it. Food was tasty and new to us. Parking could be a problem.
Great service and food . Would definitely come back again
My go to comfort meal is boiling point hotpot. My favorite location by far is the BP in Pasadena because this is one of their concept stores. @eatswithedith on Instagram for more!! The concept stores have a larger variety of flavors as they develop new soup flavors here. Most importantly- this location is connected to Jin Tea which is my favorite tea shop in LA
Well I'm back at this place again, last time I was here was pre covid. This place has been very good for hot pot oh, the service was good in the place was clean as always good food. The only drawback is that parking is hard to get you have to find parking in the street. And I'm talkin about the Pasadena location. We ordered the tender lamb hot pot and the beef hot pot both were very good. So if you'd not tried it here yet go for it I I recommend this place.
