Saw pics of the pizzas so I decided to come down. Got a big slice of pizza but it's actually super thin and combined with a drink it was 10 bucks. A slice of combo from Costco plus a drink beats this for only 2.50 but obviously restaurants need to charge more than Costco but I feel like this combo should be 5-6 bucks not 10. The pizza itself resembled the square pizzas served during grade school. It's not bad or good... View all feedback.
The Big Mama is the best in Burbank. Not all Big Mamas are the same. I went here and the pizza was fine, but it didn't taste like the other moms I tasted. Even if you like ranch on your pizza, not here. Her ranch tasted like Mayo. I ordered several with my pizza and I didn't eat any of it, neither my wife. We both noticed that it tasted nothing like Ranch. If I'm back in this area and want pizza, I need to look for another place or wait until I get back to Burbank.
This pizza chain is famous for its Big Papa/Mama Pizzas for parties. I got her a pants and it was okay, but nothing special compared to other pizza places. My order was punctual and the guy in front was kind. Street parking next to Lucky Baldwin's pub.

The manager at the Pasadena site does not wear mask...oh and be ready to wait 5 minutes or more to even...
Been going here for many years. These guys are great! They take care of their customers. Great pizzas!
