Arby's has always been a main staple for me the Arby's melts are a must have when visiting any Arby's location, the au jus is great as well as Arby's sauce which you can most definitely tase the worchitshire sauce and vinegar in(both fairly light) and is great on any hot sandwich.The fries really hot home and bring the whole thing together.Price wise we'll you do get what you pay for as they do pack a lot of the roas... Just really disappointed. Not so much just in this location but every time Ive gone to Arbys lately. Today I ordered the 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches for $7. The meat tasted ok but the bread tasted and felt stale. Arbys used to be very good but has really gone down hill. I ordered the smokehouse breeze Combo, was not the worst sandwich I ever had, but only wimpy, it was very light on the sauce and very light on the briske, curly hairs are usually on point, but was not on this trip. The only thing I was happy with was the big iced tea, $14 later 1 of 3 is still a bad percentage rate. I was only happy with 1/3 of my purchase, I owe management and owners to not train your employees correctly. 1/10/23Hello! I would like to thank Lupita and her staff at Arby's in Pasadena for giving me the chance to try the smokehouse breeze Combo again for its best, not only was it tasty, but the curly pommes were hot and fresh. The young man on the microphone was less than friendly, was not conscious about menu items and let me wait 3 times to order! It was cold and rainy - no ideal situation to keep my window open. Food: 4/5
