This restaurant was the only one open early for drive-thru, but unfortunately the coffee was expensive and the maple waffle sandwich was microwaved, soggy, and too hot to hold. It was not up to our standards. View all feedback.
Absolutely Horrible service! Inconsiderate crooks. Can't even get an order right then expects you to buy a new one?
UPDATE Since posting this initial review, I have visited this location 4+ times and can gladly report that all drinks ordered with a milk alternative have been made appropriately. Thank you to the staff of our new local Scooters! As someone who is very allergic to dairy products, I am thankful you meet these accommodations! I love coffee and I love Scooter's. However, in the past 2 weeks, I have ordered 4 drinks with either Almond or Soy milk as I am lactose intolerant and 2 of those 4 drinks were made with real milk and I wasn't able to drink them and got sick after trying 1 2 sips. I will return because I know the location is new and is still in the learning phase. However, please be mindful that some of us have food allergies and absolutely cannot afford the milk mix up.
Employees are so amazing and kind and the coffee is great.
Always enjoy my americanos from here but the problem is lately the one in chanute has not been up to temperature
I am delighted to have a fantastic coffee shop in our town. We have visited multiple times and each experience has been wonderful. The chocolate chip cookies are served warm and are absolutely delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly.
