I find that charging customers for spices is very cheap and in bad taste. When I spend money in your facility and ask for Ketchup Senf etc. I shouldn't say it's an extra dollar for her. That's what I experienced in this place. Then I asked to talk to a man and everyone, but came to talk to me. They didn't know the manager name that was gone or a company or district manager name. The chicken nuggets food was pretty good and the drink plus the people was also friendly.
Best Wendy's experience we had in a while. Hot Pommes, nice staff and excellent service. Food from Drive-Thru came perfect. Thank you.
They were fast and the food was fresh. The only bad thing is that they prepare a meal right away. When I saw the screen and saw a meal, I was like no meal... just the sandwich. Everything else was good.
Janet (the manager) especially, thank you so much for the experience...the service at this wendy's is something special...felt very welcomed and appreciated you going over and beyond. I'll be back 4 sure for the fast food dine out experience again...thank you again
