I’ve had my fair share of BBQ, and let me tell you, this place lives up to the high standards of Texas BBQ right here in Colorado! Dustin and the gang did an amazing job. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth good, the mac n cheese was creamy and flavorful, and the Cubano was one of the best I’ve ever had. Food was absolutely amazing besides the cornbread, almost stale.. not really any flavor to it. The two person platter with burnt ends brisket is absolutely not a two persons platter. Maybe a 1 person platter if you 're a very small human with an eating disorder. Overall food is great, portions are terrible. Pricing not good at all for what we received. View all feedback.
