Lime An American Cantina

My to-go order food was okay, but when I got back to my hotel I realized them made me the wrong margaritas. When I called the restaurant to let them know they were unapologetic, but told me to come back and they would get me the right ones, prior to abruptly hanging up the phone. After looking at the menu I realized they also did not give me both drinks for the two kids meals I ordered. I returned to Lime for my margs and kids drinks, and zero apologies, and no offers to compensate. I was quite taken back. Definitely won’t be back.

This place sucks so bad. Pitcher of margaritas with glasses sat at the bar so long the glasses were full of melted ice cubes. The food was terrible, worse than a bad day at taco bell. The 1 server couldn't care less. Do Not Go Here. 0/5 stars

If I could give zero stars I would, since I received zero service. The restaurant supposedly opens at 11. We walked in a few minutes after 11 and no one greeted us or paid any attention until we asked if we could sit anywhere. We were told it would be 30 minutes before we would have food, but the bartender said he would serve drinks. We said that’s totally fine, however no one continues to ask us for a drink order or give a menu or pay any attention we were in the restaurant. I understand opening is busy and maybe there was a reason for being behind, but it was honestly awkward because we seemed to be a bother to them. They ignored us long enough for us to leave.

This is a great little restaurant right in the village at Winter Park so very convenient- especially if you are staying at one of the three Winter Park resorts. The place is very small though and unfortunately, the wait times and service suffer. Great bar area with plenty of drinks so as long as you’re not in a hurry, give it a try. The wings are awesome and most of the other entrées are solid.

Awful dining experience. Waited almost an hour for our food, and our server was rude and disrespectful when we asked what was going on. When the food finally came out, my burrito was burnt black and hard as a rock. We left cash for our drinks and walked out.
