We waited 30 minutes after placing our order and when we approached the server to inquire about the delay, she mentioned they were quite busy with the drive-thru line. It seemed like a lot of customers were choosing that option. The waiter expressed that she felt bad about the situation and understood why we were frustrated with the wait. In the end, it appeared that the drive-thru was getting faster service than the dine-in customers.
