we returned years and it was a confirmation. a different menu, and if you understand the reason, but the quality of raw materials and preparations is not discussed. the wine, chosen by the owner sommelier, has been shown to the height. Unfortunately, the weather did not help, fog and autumn rain, however, should not affect the vote remaining at the top. View all feedback.

We were really lucky to have been able to book a table for in this Agriturismo, where they do most of the produce themselves, including the amazing pecorino cheese. The tasting menu is with plenty to offer, but we ordered a la carte, which was also very delicious. You could feel the love that went into the cooking at every course and the highlight for me personally was with the dessert of Pera al dolcetto, OMG, I literally licked the sauce off my fingers, I could not leave it there... Wow. What an experience and so well worth coming here!
I've now been to Cascina Raflazz three times in autumn and summer for cheese tasting and buying. Each time Roberta presented us with delicious cheeses and wine after an interesting tour of their small facility. The landscape is beautiful as is the story of the family and their land. Not only are their cheeses delicious and incredibly well-priced, but also their honeys and cugnà. A not-to-be-missed Alta Langa experience.
We were really lucky to have been able to book a table for 2 in this Agriturismo, where they do most of the produce themselves, including the amazing pecorino cheese. The tasting menu is €30 with plenty to offer, but we ordered a la carte, which was also very delicious.
