We waited for our... read more I decided to try this restaurant for Sunday dinner and it was a big mistake. The restaurant was not busy, but the service was incredibly slow. We waited for our main course for at least 40 minutes. The hummus starter had a nice presentation, but there was too much bread for the small amount of hummus. The bread was good, though. The duck main course was rubbery and cold, while the burger was cold but a good size. I ended up sharing my burger with my mum because she needed something to eat. I didn't complain at the time because I didn't want to wait another 40 minutes for a second portion. There are several nice restaurants within a 5-20 minute walk from the hotel, so I would highly recommend going out to eat instead.

The service was subpar and the majority of the dishes we ordered (a group of 10 people) were disappointing. The grilled meat and vegetables had a strong gasoline-like smell and taste, which is not how they should taste. Additionally, many of the other dishes were lacking in flavor. Overall, we were very disappointed with the experience.

Unfortunately, the pasta and dumplings were overly salted, the prawns were slightly burnt with a charcoal taste, and the main course pork was tasteless and burnt, indicating that the grill may not have been cleaned properly. The Koha fish cutlet was overcooked, the potatoes were bland, and the apple sauce was overly sweet. The only highlight were the asparagus. We have been guests at the Estonia Resort for many years and have dined at the Noot restaurant multiple times, including our first visit in 2020. However, on each occasion, there has been an issue with over-salting the dishes, resulting in an overpowering salty taste. We had hoped for a better experience this time, but once again, we were disappointed and had to opt for a regular meal instead as the food was simply not enjoyable.

The waitress was friendly but she was a trainee with no one supervising her and thus she was a little bit lost. For example we ordered starters and main courses but two of us got their main course first before the starter. The Tomahawk steaks were overcooked, dry and tough. We weren't served the steak knives, and when we asked for them (for four persons) they only brought us two because they didn't have more. Overall, the food was barely average, and the service unprofessional. You can find many better options in Pärnu.
