I had the Georgian salad, made with eggplant, paprika, purple onions, cilantro and spices, topped with pommegranate seeds and it was delightful, especially if you pair it with the Mengrelian Khachapuri the traditional pizza like bread with local cheese. It’s very filling so I recommend getting only these two dishes and some Georgian wine if you are not too hungry. If you are try some of the many stews served in minj saucepans.
