Taco Bell - Parma

Came here after work at 10:30 nov. 2. ordered the classic combo, which comes with 5 layers burrito, a taco and zimt twists and a drink (diät mountain tau) I also ordered a crispy package combo with a diet pepsi. I added on a side of chips and cheese. I got my drinks from two diet pills, which was in order I thought she was wrong and I kept them. 10 minutes later I came home and the only items in my bag were a crispy package, a burrito, a taco and a side of cheese. I spent $15. no taco for the classic combo no cinnamon-drills no chips I called and could hear a dame in the background that said I should get everything and that I was wrong. until I re-explained the things I missed. was not apologise, the girl on the phone was very snorky. was only offered to drive back with the food and get replaced order. when I asked if there was another option, she said no. I have been working for restaurants for 15 years. management, service and go. Actually, I was never treated so rudely, and apologise would have been a nice start instead of talking about how I was wrong first. let me rest while you're talking badly about me.

Way overpriced I got 4 soft tacos, must have been in the heating cabinet. The lettuce was soggy and warm and there was a half teaspoon of meat, for 1.89 per taco, very disappointed!

Visited on 9/20/22 with a decent sized order, and Kathy was exceptionally polite at the speaker/window. Order was hot, good, and correct. Thanks Kathy keep up the good work!

The worst Taco Bell experience ever! The beans were ice cold! It tasted like they put my whole order in the fridge for five minutes! Gross! Ewww! You all should be very ashamed!

Everytime I've been here, they forget an item in my order or don't tell you that they're out of product for said item.Stood at the counter for about 20 mins before I finally got help, got my order then realized I was missing an item. Waited another 10-15 mins for someone else to come over to ask for help, told them they missed an item, they made it and I left.
