What Luca Pastorello doesn't like about Cardinal:
I ordered some pasta all'arrabbiata which turned out to be half raw; I asked if I could change it and the waiter kindly brought me another one after 10 minutes, too bad it was harder and more doughy than the first course. In total I spent about ten euros. Price per person: €1–10 View all feedback. What Tiziana Lazzeretti likes about Cardinal:
We had lunch here with 2 excellent sandwiches and water. The waiters were very kind and attentive to the customer even though the bar was full. If we return to Parma we will return here Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
